Our
office staff makes every effort to make you feel comfortable.
All are experienced, long-term employees and all have
been with us for many years. In fact, they like it here
so much that we haven't had any turn-over of employees
in more than five years.

Front Desk Staff
Our office Manager, Connie, tends to all aspects of
our practice and is available to answer all your questions.
She brings more than a decade of experience in Cardiology
to assist you.
Our
receptionist, Peggy, has twenty years of experience
in her position and our office assistant Robin always
has a smile and a desire to cooperate.
Our
secretary, Carol, is behind the scenes but busy at all
times.
Medical Staff
Our Echocardiographic Technologist, Danielle, trained
with us and stayed on to work full-time to perform echocardiography
and carotid and vascular imaging as well as other medical
procedures.
Senior
Medical Technologist Regina has been working in Cardiology
for twenty years, the last fifteen with Dr. Ratner.
Expert in all office procedures, she does it all and
strives to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Our
newest Medical Assistant, Dana, has been with us for
five years and is fully competent in all office procedures.
Our
part-time echocardiographic technologists include Barbara,
with more than twenty years of experience, including
extensive experience with pediatric echocardiography,
and Suresh, whose twenty-plus years of experience includes
both echocardiography and general and vascular ultrasound.
Our other part-time technologist, Iris, is a licensed
X-ray technologist.
Our
consultant staff includes a board-certified Radiologist
and certified Radiation Physicists to assure the highest
quality of medical care.
Billing
Staff
Our Billing Manager, Brigid, is a Certified Professional
Coder and the member of several professional organizations
dedicated to maintaing professional standards in all
aspects of medical billing. She is assisted by Jeannie
and Rosemarie who have a combined 30+ years of experience.

Joann
is a registered and certified Physicians Assistant.
A former Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care,
Joann went back to school for two additional years to
achieve her current distinction, graduating with honors.
Prior to coming to our practice, Joann worked for four
years in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Westchester
County Medical Center. She maintains her R.N. as well
as additional qualifications in Cardiology, including
Advanced Cardiac Life Support. 
Our
latest staff member, Lauren is a registered and certified
Physicians Assistant. She comes to us from the Cardiac
Catheterization Laboratory and Cardiology Division of
New York's Beth Israel Medical Center, where she acquired
several years of expertise in cardiovascular diagnosis
and treatment.
